Perfectly crispy roasted potatoes are the ideal side dish that I could easily have every day. So, I have a recipe for you on how to achieve that perfect crispy texture so you can make them at home too. These potatoes are crispy on the outside while being fluffy and soft on the inside.Ingredients:600 g potatoes2 teaspoons salt1 tablespoon baking soda3 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon all-purpose flour3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemaryFlake salt for finishingInstructions:In a large pot, add about 2 liters of water and bring it to a boil. While the water is heating up, cut the potatoes in half. Once the water is boiling, add the salt and baking soda, stir, and then add the potatoes. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. After 10 minutes, drain the potatoes, making sure to remove all the water, and transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with a tablespoon of all-purpose flour, and thoroughly mix them on the baking sheet. Place them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven, flip the potatoes, and add the sprigs of fresh rosemary to the sheet. Return the sheet with the potatoes to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown. After roasting, sprinkle with flake salt and serve!#recipe #recipes #potatoes #crispypotatoes #sidedish #food #foodie #foodblogger #foodlover #foodporn #easydish #easyrecipe #quickrecipe #sidedishrecipes

Many of you are making resolutions for the New Year to eat better and eat healthier. I have a recipe for you today that will show you that even a few simple ingredients can conjure up the perfect dinner that is healthy, delicious and even easy to prepare.Ingredients:500 g beef (suitable for steak)3 tbsp olive oil600 g potatoes (ideally grenaille)1 teaspoon dried thyme1 1/2 tsp salt (+ possibly for seasoning)freshly ground pepperFor the chimichurri sauce:2 handfuls of freshly chopped parsley100 ml olive oil2 tablespoons red wine vinegar3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)1 red chilli pepper3/4 teaspoon dried oregano1 shallot (finely chopped)juice of 1/2 limesalt and pepper for seasoningInstructions:Cut the potatoes in half (if you have large potatoes, feel free to cut them into quarters) and mix them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, dried thyme and a teaspoon of salt. Transfer them to a tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 30-35 minutes. Therefore, after baking, just reduce the temperature in the oven to 180°C.Place chopped parsley, garlic, shallot, oregano, red chilli pepper, red wine vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Drizzle the mixture with extra virgin olive oil. Stir gently to combine all ingredients and set aside.Thoroughly salt and pepper the beef and drizzle with olive oil. Thoroughly heat the pan in which you will prepare the steak.Slowly place the steak on the hot pan and sear for 2 minutes on each side. Then put a cube of butter on the meat and transfer it together with the pan to the oven heated to 180°C. In this hot oven, cook the steak for 6-8 minutes, if you want it medium. If you like your steak well done, leave it in the oven for 12-15 minutes.#steak #food #foodporn #foodie #meat #bbq #beef #instafood #grill #steakhouse #dinner #foodstagram #foodphotography #meatlover #delicious #foodlover #steaklover #ribeye #barbecue #steakdinner #yummy #foodblogger #carne #restaurant #wagyu #lunch #chef
