So Simple!
First peel and grate the potatoes roughly. Then put them in a bowl and rinse until water is clear, then drain and squeeze dry.Put the dry potatoes in a new bowl and season with salt. Then prepare a frying pan in which you melt the butter and spread the grated potatoes evenly in the pan.
Slowly roast over a medium heat until the underside of the hash browns is golden and crispy. Then carefully flip and toast the other side. After you flip the hash brown, you can add a little more butter to the side of the pan to give the hash brown a nice buttery flavor. Enjoy!
