Tiramisu bombs

These Tiramisu bombs are a variation of classic tiramisu. This creamy dessert made of espresso-soaked ladyfingers surrounded by a rich mascarpone is is just what you need for your afternoon coffee.

1 pack classic ladyfingers
150 grams mascarpone
50 ml espresso shot
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
chocolate protein puddung *or any chocolate spread of choice

First, crush your ladyfingers, add the espresso, mascarpone and make a slightly sticky mixture. Then shape the mixture into balls, always putting a little chocolate pudding in the center (or Nutella will work great too) and roll each ball in cocoa powder on all sides.

You can then serve straight away, but I recommend letting the balls sit for a while to allow the flavours to combine perfectly.

Ingredients - It is a no-bake dessert where every ingredient plays a significant role. Therefore, pay attention to the quality of the ingredients used to achieve the best possible taste.
Chocolate pudding - You can replace it with any other chocolate spread. I opted for protein pudding to increase the protein, but it's not necessary and you can enjoy them with Nutella inside.
