Ready to bake in 5 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the shredded chicken in a large bowl and mix it with the BBQ sauce. If you want your tacos slightly spicy, add chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a baking sheet and coat each tortilla in it on both sides. Place the grated cheese on each tortilla first and then spread the chicken over half of it. Fold in half and repeat with each tortilla.

Finish the tacos
Place the tortillas side by side on a baking tray and place in the oven for 10 minutes to toast. Then turn the tortillas over and bake for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Serve with your favourite toppings and sauce.
