These samoa apple slices are a fun spin on the classic treat that we all love! The mix of healthy fats, carbs and protein makes these slices the perfect snack to have ready in minutes and satisfy your sweet tooth!

1 whole apple
2 tablespoons peanut butter *or any nut butter of choice
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon maple syrup
20 grams chocolate chips

Ready in 5 mins!
Core the apple and cut the apple into slices about 3mm high. Set aside. Lightly toast the coconut in a pan to bring out its flavour, then mix it with the peanut butter and maple syrup and spread this lightly over each apple slice.
Then melt your chocolate chips and drizzle the chocolate over each apple slice. Spread on a plate and place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Enjoy!
