First step, PASTA!
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, lightly drizzle with olive oil and season with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tsp garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Creamy sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, chopped red onion and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add chopped bell pepper and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Add the heavy cream, oregano, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of chilli, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened. Now add the spinach and cooked pasta.Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
Serve in bowls with sliced chicken breasts, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
