I’ve made this a few times in the past month. The first time I made it, I got a taste of lemon, so I decided to lean into it. I put the rind of a lemon (and some red pepper) in while the cream/stock was going, then once I added everything, put in some lemon juice. Absolutely perfect

Made it today and it was so good and so low effort. Just polished off a second serving. Delicious and will definitely be making again and adding some lemon and red pepper flakes on the next one.

Hi! I love all of your recipes! My only concern is I tend to follow along with your nutritional information since I am watching my calories. Is your nutritional information for one serving or for all four? If it’s for one, about how much is one serving?
I look for recipes with low sugar. Plus I love gnocchi. Going to make this. Ty
