Directions
1.
Start with burgers
First, prepare the burgers. Put the ground turkey meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, paprika, nutritional yeast and breadcrumbs and mix well. Once the mixture is nicely combined, form 4 equal sized burgers. (I recommend getting your hands slightly wet to shape the burgers, the meat won't stick as much and will be easier to work with).
Crack an egg into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix. In a second bowl, prepare the lightly crushed cornflakes, which can be seasoned with 1 teaspoon of paprika seasoning. Then coat the burgers first in the beaten egg on all sides and then in the cornflakes.

Finish it!
Put the burgers in an air fryer and bake them at 165°C for about 15 minutes. Mix the light mayonnaise with ketchup and then just assemble the burgers. First, brush the bottom of the burger bun with a teaspoon of the flavoured mayonnaise, add some lettuce, place the burger on top and finish with the other part of the burger bun. Enjoy!
