Hazelnut & Raspberry Chocolate Bar

If you love Nutella and want to make a dessert at home that tastes close to it, then make this Hazelnut & Raspberry Chocolate Bar, which has an extra refreshing twist with the addition of raspberries.

200 grams hazelnuts
125 grams raspberries
100 grams sugar-free chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shredded coconut

First, spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and lightly toast them in the oven. Just bake them at 150°C for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Then let them cool completely.
Mix the cooled hazelnuts with the fresh raspberries. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle the melted chocolate over the nut mixture so that all the nuts and raspberries are coated and combined. You can lightly sprinkle shredded coconut on top. Place in the freezer, ideally overnight. Enjoy!
