Crispy Sweet Potato Chips

Make these crispy chips that are full of flavor and just salty enough at home in a few minutes. This simple recipe is really easy for anyone to make and makes the perfect vegan snack or side dish.

2 large sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil *or any oil of choice
1 teaspoon salt

Cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices. Place them in a bowl and cover with water. Let them rest for 30 minutes. Then drain the sweet potatoes thoroughly, return to the bowl and drizzle with a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Put them in an air fryer for 25 minutes at 155°C. Then just put a little salt and enjoy!

To make sweet potato chips crispy use a mandoline to slice the sweet potatoes as thinly as possible.
Hot, fast roast is the key to crispy chips.
Don't forget to let the sweet potato chips cool on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes after you take them out of the air fryer
