1.
Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, instant yeast and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the lukewarm water and olive oil. Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

2.
Preheat Your Oven
Prepare a baking dish which you grease thoroughly with olive oil. Then transfer the risen dough into the baking dish. Roll the dough into your desired shape, either round or rectangular. If you like a thin crust, roll it out thinly. For a thicker crust, leave it a bit more substantial. Cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for another 60 minutes.
Position a rack in the bottom third of your oven and preheat to 275°C. Uncover the risen dough (it should approximately double its volume). Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add your desired toppings, distributing them evenly over the cheese. lace the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, consider drizzling some olive oil or garlic-infused oil over the pizza just before serving.
Different flours can have different absorption rates. Start with the lesser amount and add more if your dough feels too sticky. The goal is a soft, pliable dough.
The dough needs a warm place to rise. If your kitchen is cold, consider placing your bowl (covered) inside a turned-off oven with the oven light on. The warmth from the light can help with the rising process.
Every oven is unique. The first time you make this recipe, keep an eye on the baking process to make sure you don't over or undercook it. Once you know how your oven behaves, you can adjust accordingly for future bakes.
If you're having trouble rolling out your dough because it keeps springing back, let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the gluten to relax, making it easier to shape.
Store leftover pizza slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For the best texture, reheat slices in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the bottom is crispy.
If you wish to freeze your pizza, it's best to do so before baking. Assemble your pizza on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil. When ready to eat, bake directly from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
