Homemade Doritos, easy and healthy recipe for one of the most favourite tortilla snacks ready in a few minutes and you can enjoy them with your favorite dip. These are even gluten-free, baked and incredibly crispy.



Adjust Servings
6 Corn Tortillas
Natural Oil Spray *I use avocado oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder *optional
1 teaspoon chipotle powder *optional
1/4 teaspoon salt

So Easy!
First spray the tortillas on both sides with oil. Then cut them all into triangles. It is easiest to cut each tortilla using three cuts. Then put them all in a bowl, add the spices and mix thoroughly so that each triangle is coated with the spice mixture.
Then put them in an air fryer and bake at 155°C for 15 minutes (stir halfway through) and let cool completely. If you would like to bake them in the oven, then place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175°C for 5 minutes, then flip them all over and bake for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
