Directions
1.
Make the dough
Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Mix until well combined, and then add the greek yogurt. This is where the magic happens - as you mix, you'll feel the dough coming together into a sticky, yet elastic mass.
Add the raisins and white chocolate chunks to the dough, and start kneading until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball and make a hole in the center using your finger. Finally, mix the flour with water and paint a cross on each bagel with this thick mixture to resemble hot cross buns.

2.
Bake the Bagels!
Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. As the bagels bake, your kitchen will be filled with the most amazing aroma. The smell of warm spices, sweet chocolate, and fresh baked bread will be enough to make your mouth water.
Once the bagels are done, allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. You can enjoy them as they are, or slice them open and add your favorite toppings, such as cream cheese or butter.

Notes
If the dough is too dry, add a little more yogurt to achieve the desired consistency.
Substitute the raisins and white chocolate chunks with any other dried fruit or chocolate chips of your choice.
The cinnamon and nutmeg can be substituted with pumpkin pie spice for a fall-inspired flavor.
For a healthier version, use whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour.
Don't overwork the dough as it can become tough and chewy.
