Finish the Kebabs
Wet your hands lightly with water, then form the meat mixture into small patties or any other shape you like. You can also shape them into balls or larger kebabs. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs on all sides over medium heat so that they are cooked through on each side. If you're making small kebabs, they really only need 2 minutes on each side and they'll be done. Serve with the prepared sauce!
