Mini Beef Kebabs with Feta
These mini beef kebabs with feta cheese are quick, easy and full of flavors! They are great source of protein and you don’t have to wait for BBQ season, you can make these in a pan as well!

500 grams lean ground beef | |
2 small shallots | |

Sauce
100 grams thick greek yogurt | |
juice of half lemon | |
1 small cucumber | |
minced garlic | |

Prepare the Kebabs
Finely chop the shallots, chop the parsley and crumble the feta. Then add the ground beef to a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix. Then add the shallots, parsley, minced garlic and feta and mix again. Set aside for about 30 minutes.

Make the SAUCE!
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the juice, then mix it with all the other ingredients. Taste and season with salt, pepper and more garlic if necessary.

Finish the Kebabs
Wet your hands lightly with water, then form the meat mixture into small patties or any other shape you like. You can also shape them into balls or larger kebabs. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs on all sides over medium heat so that they are cooked through on each side. If you're making small kebabs, they really only need 2 minutes on each side and they'll be done. Serve with the prepared sauce!
