Make it MINI!
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with oil. Press rounds about 1 cm in diameter into the pan and let them fry for about 1 minute (by the time you are done with the first batch, the first pancakes will be ready to flip, so it is important to work quickly). Flip the mini pancakes with a spatula and let them fry for another minute. Then transfer the pancakes to a plate and repeat until you've worked through all the batter. Serve with milk, yogurt or however you like.

Matcha - Be careful when choosing matcha powder and choose really good quality. You can tell not only by the texture of the powder, but also by the colour and finally by the taste. This ingredient has a major influence on the taste of the final pancakes, so it is important to choose it appropriately.
