Directions

Marinate the tuna
First, prepare the marinade. In a medium bowl, mix the teryiaki sauce, soy sauce and honey. Place the tuna steaks in the sauce and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. Then, in another bowl, sprinkle sesame seeds and coat the tuna steaks in them on both sides.

Heat the pan!
Heat a non-stick frying pan to a high heat and place both steaks on it. Sear the steaks for about 1 minute on each side. Then cut them into slices about 0.5cm wide, pour the remaining marinade over them, drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with spring onions. Enjoy!
