Parmesan Carrot Fries Recipe

5 Minutes + 18 Minutes baking



Who wouldn’t love fries? These carrot ones are the perfect twist on the classic potato ones and, topped with a little parmesan, will dazzle you at first crunch!



Adjust Servings
10 large carrots *not necessary to peel them
50 grams grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt & dried basil

It's so EASY!
Slice the carrots into long thin pieces (about the size of a French fry). Put them in a large bowl, drizzle with oil and mix well to coat all the fries perfectly. Then add the salt, basil, cornstarch and parmesan cheese and mix again.
Place in an air fryer at 160°C for 16 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 190°C and bake for 2 minutes. (If you would like to make them in the oven, bake at 200°C for about 18 minutes.)
