Simple Cucumber Salad
This cucumber salad is totally simple, but I love it as a refreshing side dish not only with BBQ, but with any meat or fish.

First slice the cucumber thinly. Place the sour cream in a bowl and mix it with the chopped dill, rice vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the sliced cucumbers, stir and serve. Enjoy!
