Make it super easy!
First, make a dough with the yoghurt, flour and baking powder.
Roll out the dough, sprinkle with the sweetener and cinnamon mixture and cut into identical strips. Fold two strips on top of each other and arrange in a tree. Stick each tree on a skewer and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and you can decorate the top with your favourite chocolate. Enjoy!

Notes
Flour - You can also substitute all purpose flour for oat flour or spelt flour.
Yogurt - Choose one that is really thick. If you choose a yoghurt that is runny, you will probably need to use more flour, otherwise the batter will be runny.
Topping - I used Milka chocolate hearts, but you can use your imagination and put any decoration you like on top.
Skewers - Remember to soak the skewers in water before baking.
