Simple!
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the pita triangles in a large bowl and drizzle the oil mixture over them. Toss everything together until the pita triangles are evenly coated.
Place the pita triangles in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they're not touching each other. Cook the pita triangles in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time, until they're golden brown and crispy. Make sure to keep an eye on them so they don't burn. Remove the pita triangles from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
Feel free to use any seasoning you like! Try adding some cumin, chili powder, or even some dried herbs like oregano or thyme for a different flavor.
If you want to make this recipe even healthier, try using whole wheat pita bread instead of white pita bread.
If you don't have olive oil on hand, you can use any other type of oil that you prefer, such as avocado oil or coconut oil.
If you're short on time and don't want to use an oven or air fryer, you can simply toast the pita triangles in a toaster oven until they're crispy and golden brown. Just keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
