1 onion
6 cloves of garlic
200 grams cream cheese
1 whole brocolli
250 ml heavy cream
400 ml vegetable broth
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon basil
salt & pepper to taste

Heat up some olive oil in a large skillet and throw in some diced onions. As they cook, the aroma will fill your kitchen and make your mouth water. Once they're translucent and fragrant, add in the minced garlic and watch as it sizzles and becomes golden brown.

Finish the sauce!
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and let them sauté until they're tender and slightly browned. It's time to add some liquid now, so pour in the vegetable broth and let everything simmer for a while.
Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir it around until it's melted and well combined. Now it's time for the heavy cream - pour it in and stir until everything is perfectly creamy and combined. Now add the pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the delicious and creamy sauce and cook until the pasta is al dente or to your preferences. Don't forget to season it with some red pepper flakes, dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste and finish with parmesan cheese.
