Flourless Chickpea Blondies

10 Minutes + 25 Minutes Baking



Vegan, flourless Chickpea Blondies are incredibly good made with just s few ingredients that make a perfect combination and if you don’t feel like baking, you can just eat the dough.

425 grams chickpeas
125 grams peanut butter
113 grams maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
60 grams chocolate chips

Prepare the batter
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and baking powder in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir the chocolate chips into the batter then pour the mixture onto a smaller baking pan lined with baking paper.
Mark as complete
Bake it!
Bake the blondies in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, until a skewer inserted into the batter comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
