Directions

1.
Savor the Seasoning
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. In a heated pan with olive oil, pan-fry the seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and sliced zucchini. Let them cook for a few minutes, allowing their flavors to blend.

Pasta Perfection
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken stock, allowing the mixture to gently simmer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Notes
Opt for boneless, skinless chicken breasts for quick and even cooking.
Cook pasta al dente for ideal texture in the creamy sauce.
Stir the sauce occasionally to prevent the cream from curdling while cooking.
Store leftover Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a pan or microwave, adding a splash of cream if needed to restore creaminess.
