Whipped Feta Dip

This Whipped Feta Dip looks like any other creamy white dip but the taste is absolutely unique. I like to serve it at family gatherings, get-togethers with friends or barbecues, because it is incredibly simple, but its taste will amaze everyone who tastes it!

200 grams feta cheese
120 grams greek yogurt *Thick
1 lemon - juiced
1 garlic clove
Fresh dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
Pita bread of fresh baguette - for serving

Make the dip
Place the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill and garlic in the food processor and pulse until creamy.
Mark as complete
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh chilli flakes and dill. Serve with pita bread, fresh baguette or even veggies like carrots, cucumbers etc.

*Feta is the key - Instead of buying crumbled feta, which often contains extra ingredients to prevent caking, look for a block of feta cheese.
